Creative Spark and Tempering Flame,

You who are the fire of Making,

Help us to bring the idea into reality.

Brigid, Lady of Spring Lambs,

Light and Hope in the cold of winter,

You who are the nourishing ewe's milk,

Help us to keep faith alive.

Brigid, Lady of Learning,

Abbess with a single thread,

You who combine wisdom and labor,

Help us to find the door that opens.

Brigid, Lady of Flame,

Ever-burning Heart of Kildare,

You who are the fire within,

Let us never be overcome by the cold.
